Chef’s Specialty: You Just Choose the Cut
Our Herb & Sea Salt Roasted Prime Rib of Beef is tender and absolutely delicious, covered in the perfect blend of spices for a crust that is both flavorful and moist. When choosing the Prime Rib on the menu, you’ll first need to decide which size to go with: our 8 oz. or our 12 oz. Both are perfectly portioned and served with house-made au jus for dipping and our classic horseradish cream. It’s just what you would expect from fine dining in Dallas. As an extra savory side, you can also choose between our Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes or Parmesan Truffle Grits to accompany your Prime Rib. Both are truly remarkable, so it’s hard to go wrong with either!
Customize Your Flavor with Specialty Sauces
If the horseradish cream and house-made au jus isn’t enough, then you can also add a specialty sauce to your Herb & Sea Salt Roasted Prime Rib, lending a unique flavor to your dish. We have three specialty sauces to choose from: the Farmstead Blue Cheese Butter, Porcini Mushroom-Madeira Butter, or the Béarnaise Sauce. Not sure which sauce to choose? Simply ask your server!
