JCB Sparkling Reception
As you start the evening, you are welcomed to mix and mingle with a glass of JCB Sparkling Wine. The JCB Collection is a stunning collection of wines that mixes Old World and New World styles seamlessly.
Live from Napa Valley with Jean-Charles Boisset
Jean-Charles Boisset is a world-renowned vintner and proprietor of the Boisset Collection, and he will be coming to us live from the Napa Valley! The Boisset Collection is a collection of fine wineries owned by the Boisset family, spanning 2 continents with presence in both France and the United States. Each winery brings its own unique spin to the best wine in the world, each with a Franco-American style. Jean-Charles Boisset, son of the Boisset Collection founder and current proprietor, will walk us through a wine tasting live from the Napa Valley estate, Raymond Vineyards. It’s sure to be an event you won’t want to miss!
Cooking Demonstration
While Jean-Charles Boisset walks us through the wine tasting, Chef Richard Chamberlain will do a cooking demonstration and explain more about the food and wine pairings. Two of the courses will be featured in the cooking demonstration, giving you a first-hand look into how to prepare these fabulous dishes in the convenience of your own home.

The menu includes impeccable dishes like our Smoked Paprika Seared Diver Scallops, Bay Laurel Sous Vide Duck Breast, Local Mushroom Barley Risotto, Wood Roasted Vegetable Stuffed Tenderloin of Beef, Garden Grown Garlic Potato Puree, Heirloom Tomato Basil Jam, and more.
