At Chamberlain’s Steak & Chop House, we are proud to be known as the best steakhouse in Dallas. We serve mouthwatering steaks – there is no doubt about it - but what if you just aren’t in the mood for steak? (Gasp!)

Fresh Seafood
As most people are aware, Chef Chamberlain also runs Chamberlain’s Fish Market Grill, our sister restaurant and home of the best fresh seafood in Dallas. Fresh seafood is flown in daily, providing a perfect alternate to a steak – should you so choose. The Chilean Sea Bass is astounding, served with butternut squash and lobster and “pearl couscous” risotto. We also recommend the Pan Seared Scottish Salmon, drizzled in a chardonnay reduction sauce and paired with blue lake green beans and jumbo lump crabmeat, or even the Spiced Texas Redfish & Grilled Colossal Shrimp with our fabulous sweet potato grits and citrus mustard sauce. At the best steakhouse in Dallas, we are proud of our seafood menu, perfect as stand-alone entrees, sides, or even as a “surf and turf” option.
Premium Meats
Steaks are often the focus of our menu, but did you know we also offer a varied selection of other meats also cooked to perfection? Lamb chops, duck, elk, pork, and chicken also have revered positions on our menu. Each cut of meat is carefully selected, then our top chefs work their magic to create dishes that inspire.
Vegetarian Options
If you are a vegetarian or just want something lighter, the Vegetarian Wild Mushroom Ravioli is an excellent choice, served with asparagus, heirloom tomatoes, and basil pesto. Our salads are also hearty and delicious and can be ordered as a side or main dish. The Chop House Salad is definitely a favorite, loaded with delicate baby lettuce, Spanish olives, carrots, tomatoes, and feta cheese. We also recommend the Campari Tomato Salad with a house blue cheese dressing, heirloom tomatoes, and shaved red onions. If you have dietary restrictions of any kind, always let your server know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Soups
Our soups can vary, but a few remain on the menu year round. Currently, we offer a Lobster & Shrimp Bisque that is outstanding and perfect for a cold winter day, and a Roasted Butternut Squash Chowder with wild rice, sausage, and leeks. Take the chill off with these amazing soups!
