About Chef Chamberlain
Chef Richard Chamberlain began his career at some of the best restaurants in the country. Prior to opening Chamberlain’s Steak & Chop House, he served as sous chef under Dean Fearing at the Mansion at Turtle Creek and executive chef at San Simeon Restaurant and Ratcliff’s restaurant, all of those in Dallas. He also spent time in Los Angeles and Aspen, serving as the executive chef at the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles and the Little Nell Hotel in Aspen. It was these experiences that helped influence his cooking style and earned him the title of one of the best chefs in the country from the James Beard Foundation.
