With our hot appetizers, each dish is a masterpiece that embodies both artistry and flavor. Our Texas Wagyu Beef Pot Stickers are a hit, composed of Sesame Soy Glaze and Asian Vegetable Slaw, as well as the Smoked Maple Bourbon Bacon, with Baby Arugula, and Cherry Balsamic. You can try our Bison & Prime Beef Meatballs with Texas Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce, or Wagyu Pastrami Cigars made with Caramelized Onions, Napa Slaw, Port Wine Mustard. Last but certainly not least, people love the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, with Citrus Mustard Sauce, Southern Pecan Slaw.

On our seafood menu, you can choose from our Idaho Rainbow Trout, with Lemon-Almond Crust, Roasted Asparagus, and Lemon Piccata Sauce, or you can try our Soy Miso Glazed Mahi Mahi, with Stir-fry Broccolini, Green Beans, Shitake Mushrooms. Not just that, but you can also experience the Pesto Grilled Jumbo Shrimp, Thin Spaghetti, Heirloom Tomatoes, Asparagus, Fresh Basil, White Wine Roasted Garlic Sauce, or Spice Seared Bay of Fundy Salmon, made with Blue Lake Green Beans, Chardonnay Sauce, and as always, you can try the Sesame and Wasabi Seared Ahi Tuna, with Roasted Broccolini, Shiitake Mushrooms, Toasted Garlic Citrus Ponzu.
