What’s on the Menu?

It’s fall! For some, the best season of the year. And for fine dining, it’s especially wonderful. The cooler weather seems to call for Lobster & Shrimp Bisque followed by Peppered 40 Day Aged Filet Mignon!

Brussels Sprouts are reminders of holidays, Chamberlain’s Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Applewood bacon are wonderful as are the Sautéed Local Mushrooms Marsala.

Another very nice combination for fall starts with the Almond Crusted Goat Cheese Salad with baby spinach, candied almonds, and sherry vinaigrette. And follows with Sesame and Wasabi Seared Ahi Tuna served with Roasted Broccolini, Shitake Mushrooms, and Toasted Garlic Citrus Ponzu.
